Where exactly is the venue?
174 East 2nd Street in the East Village, between Avenues A and B. Look for the barber pole.
How do I get there by subway?
F train to Lower East Side–2nd Ave (3-minute walk). The L to 1st Ave and the 6 to Astor Place also work.
Is it really inside a barbershop?
Yes. It is a working barbershop with barber chairs on the floor. You sit on folding chairs.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is at street level with no steps at the entrance. Restroom access is limited. Contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.
Is there parking nearby?
Street parking is limited. There are several garages on East Houston Street, a 5-minute walk away.
Can I book the venue for a private event?
